Flavor Profile
This coffee’s complexity is seriously delightful. Dry fragrance saw dark spices and black tea. Wet fragrance saw floral tones and ripe juicy berries. The first hot sip brought a lot of rich flavors and a full mouthfeel. Milk chocolate, smoky back end, and more berries like black berry and raspberry. Once cooled, black berry, pomegranate, raisins and dried fruits, astringent black tea, cocoa, and a lemon finish won me over. It’s tart and juicy, and brings richness of spices and chocolate as well. In a sense, it’s balanced. Try it on pour over for the most flavor!
